About the job
SAS is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to leverage deep technical as well as some pharmaceutical/life sciences domain expertise and networks to drive revenue growth, support sales opportunities, and position SAS as a differentiated analytics partner in the market, for two of our key clients, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. You will play a key role in shaping the strategy, supporting customer engagements, and acting as a trusted advisor across stakeholders.
Rather than carrying full account ownership, the Technical Account Manager is a dedicated strategic and technical leader aligned to one or two platinum pharmaceutical accounts. The role expands account coverage, strengthens executive relationships, drives solution strategy, coordinates SAS resources, and helps accelerate revenue growth by ensuring successful execution of account priorities and customer outcomes.
The TAM extends the reach of the account team by owning technical strategy, some executive technical relationships, and solution positioning across Pfizer and J&J, ensuring SAS is viewed not as a vendor, but as a strategic analytics partner.
