About the job
The Customer Intelligence team is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives in dynamic environments.
You’ll work with customers and prospects to rethink how they connect with their audiences, helping them modernize Customer Experience and Customer Engagement using data‑driven, cloud‑native marketing solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping this organization, driving growth across industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Communications and Energy.
This is a role for a sales professional who wants ownership, visibility and the opportunity to influence not just deals — but direction.
The role is based in Madrid and operates in a hybrid model. Sporadic travel may be required based on business needs.
As an Account Executive – Customer Intelligence, you will
• Own a portfolio of customers and prospects, managing end‑to‑end sales cycles with deal sizes typically between €100k and €1M+.
• Help organizations modernize how they engage with customers across digital channels.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic partner by combining industry insight, business acumen and MarTech expertise.
• Drive pipeline growth through proactive prospecting, lead‑generation activities and smart account planning.
• Create compelling, value‑led proposals in close collaboration with internal teams.
• Support complex deal closures, including pricing and licensing negotiations.
Required qualifications
• Experience selling Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions.
• Strong ability to identify customer challenges and translate them into impactful solutions.
• Proven experience navigating complex accounts and stakeholder ecosystems.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to build territory strategies and communicate confidently with both technical and business audiences.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with analytics, cloud or data platforms is a plus — curiosity and adaptability are just as important.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training and experience will be considered.
