About the job:

The Digital Operations team is seeking a motivated and curious Intern to join us this summer! This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or related fields who is interested in the intersection of technology and business operations. This intern will gain hands-on experience supporting our ERP ecosystem, helping to document business processes, test system enhancements, and contribute to process improvement iinitiatives that make our internal systems more efficient and user-friendly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • System Support & Analysis: Assist the team with testing and documenting changes to ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or related applications).
  • Data Quality & Reporting: Help identify data inconsistencies, perform cleanup activities, and support reporting and dashboard updates.
  • Process Documentation: Capture and organize workflow documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Troubleshooting & Testing: Participate in functional testing of new features, integrations, or automation scripts.
  • Research & Innovation: Explore emerging technologies or tools that could improve efficiency across Finance, Operations, or Sales systems.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal business users to understand how technology supports daily operations and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Currently an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in ERP systems, automation, or business process improvement.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and collaborate in a team environment. 
  • Not graduating prior to Dec 2026.

Nice to haves:

  • Exposure to coursework in ERP systems (eg NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
  • Familiarity with querying or scripting languages (eg JavaScript, SQL, Python)
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)

Timeline:

  • Applications open: January 2025
  • Internship: May 19, 2026 – August 7, 2026.
