About the job

The Talent Acquisition Operations team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, pre-employment screening, and onboarding activities—always ensuring clear communication and exceptional service. This is a Contract role with a duration of six (6) months.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you will:

 

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, manage calendars, send invites, and ensure all logistics are in place whilst maintaining exceptional candidate experience and stakeholder communication.
  • Initiate and monitor pre-screening processes, ensuring stakeholders are kept up-to-date and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional experience for candidates from application through onboarding.
  • Support activities related to new hire onboarding, including documentation and system updates.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting on TA metrics and recruiting statistics, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and compliance.
  • Participate in TA projects and assist with special initiatives as assigned
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.

Required qualifications

 

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business or a similar field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in experience performance administrative/clerical work in an office environment. Previous work experience in a Human Resource Department preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and accurately respond to constantly changing demands from many sources
  • Proficiency in ATS and HR systems (e.g. iCIMS, Workday, HireVue, First Advantage).
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordinator or HR support preferred.
  • Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes.
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and accurately respond to constantly changing demands from many sources.
  • Ability to work independent and as a team member.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
