The Customer Success Renewal teams play a critical role in ensuring customer retention through the creation and execution of timely renewal plans, managing renewal processes and contracts efficiently.

As an intern, you might support: 

  • SAS’s customer retention and renewal strategy by ensuring timely execution of renewal processes and contracts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external teams to drive customer satisfaction and secure every renewal.
  • Programs to manage implementation of customer relationship strategies to increase both the effectiveness and efficiency of our loyalty and retention efforts
  • Creating partnerships with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success Managers

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Degree Type: Associates, Bachelor’s, Master’s.
  • Targeted majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Relations or European Studies, Commercial Management or Sales and Languages Studies.
  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program. 
  • Fluent in English, plus one additional European language—preferably German, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, or Portuguese.
  • Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. 
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. 

 

 

Location: Hybrid workplace model, combining office 2-3 days per week and remote working. We do have a great offices in Madrid (Sanchinarro) where you can work from which creates an inspiring working atmosphere.
