The Go-To-Market (GTM) / Sales Operations Team is responsible for driving operational efficiency within our sales 
organization and driving company strategic initiatives within the Frontline Organization. We focus on streamlining sales 
processes, analyzing market performance, and building alignment across sales, marketing, and various other back-office 
functions to optimize go-to-market outcomes.

 

As an intern, you might:

  • Support sales pipeline management by tracking, monitoring, and reporting on key metrics in tools like our in 
    house developed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool called Orion.
  • Assist in our Data Quality (DQ) initiatives in our CRM System.
  • Assist in analyzing dashboards and performance reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, customer success, professional services and 
    finance) to improve data accuracy and forecast effectiveness.
  • Help maintain and enhance sales tools, playbooks, and workflows to streamline operations.
  • Participate in planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives, including company wide strategic initiatives and 
    sales enablement programs. 

Required Qualifications

  • Students currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, 
    Finance or related fields
  • Experience with Excel and CRM tools
  • Basic Knowledge of business processes and sales cycles
  • Comfortable working with data and generating reports to drive decision-making
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
    Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of 
    duty.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and business reporting.
  • Exposure to tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies or marketing frameworks is a plus.

 

Location 

  • This role is in a hybrid setting (2-3 days in the office, 2 days at home)  in our Huizen, Milan or Tervuren offices.
