The Managed Cloud Business Development team is responsible for turning customers Cloud requirements into a reality. We are a customer facing organisation that validates the customers requirements against cloud capabilities, we suggest alternatives, we advise on best practise and we are their technology advocate around their move to a Managed Cloud platform.

Our team plays a vital role in educating our internal stakeholders around the current capabilities within our cloud service. We present at Sales and Customer Advisory meetings on Cloud functionality, we create enablement material, such as Tech Briefs, Whitepapers or Service Designs to educate our colleagues.

Furthermore, we use our expertise in Cloud and other technologies to extend our current capabilities by shaping new product offerings and making them available to our customers.

 

As an intern, you might: 

  • Leverage technical knowledge to support sales opportunities across varied solution domains including Proof of Concept and solution demonstrations.
  • Leverage knowledge in cloud technologies to propose and/or automate currently manual tasks
  • Understand, utilize and communicate best practice methodologies and industry standards internally.
  • Contribute to detailed technical documentation, such as requirements, design, test plan / cases / strategy / automation, deployment, administration and user guides as required.
  • May conduct requirements gathering, workshop, data discovery, analysis, reporting and presentation sessions for customers.
  • May be required to lead internal and/or customer knowledge transfer sessions.

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree programme, preferably in computer science, or a business and IT mixed track.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • You may have experience in one or more of the following Cloud Service Providers: Azure, AWS or GCP, any certifications in cloud or cloud related technologies would be advantageous but not essential.
  • You may have experience in diagramming tools such as Visio or LucidChart
  • You should have good experience in MS Office or equivalent toolsets.

 

Location: Madrid, Spain.

 

  • We operate a Hybrid model, you can work remotely up to 2 days a week assuming you have access to a suitable work environment including connectivity.
  • We do have a great offices in Madrid (Sanchinarro) where you can work from which creates an inspiring working atmosphere.
  • Your mentor and colleagues may be in different locations/countries/timezones, but local connections will be allocated to ensure local support is maintained.
