The Technical Support team provides timely assistance to resolve technical issues for global customers. As a passionate problem solver, your regular activities will include evaluating, setting, and managing customer reported problems including escalation activities and communications. You’ll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day.    

As an intern, you might: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions under team guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate complex cases, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
  • Assist in documenting customer interactions and solutions, maintaining clear records for future reference and quality assurance. 

 

Required Qualifications 

 

  • Target majors include all the STEM faculties, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, graduating no later than Feb 2027.
  • Strong communication skills in Korean and English – both written and verbal.
  • Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

 

 Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with at least one of the following operating systems is preferred: Windows, UNIX, or Linux. General understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL, SAS is preferred.  

 

 

Base Location & Work Arrangement: Seoul, South Korea; On-site

 

CareerStart Program dates: Tentatively April 13 – October 12
