About the job

The North America Field Marketing Team is looking for a contract Campaign and Events Specialist (Emerging Careers) who will handle the operational and administrative workload for key regional marketing activities. Our team serves a strategic marketing function focused on demand generation, campaign orchestration, and cross-functional alignment across the U.S. and Canada. We operate across industries, business units, and global initiatives, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact, collaboration, and agility.

 

As a Campaign and Events Specialist (Emerging Careers), you will:

  • Utilize and master systems that enable marketing processes and campaign development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely system operations by entering campaign codes and event setup in our CRM and marketing workflow tools.
  • Facilitate contract approvals through evaluation and routing.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics for events.
  • Manage promotional items.
  • Upload marketing leads and process post-event.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with internal partners, stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful event/activity/project completion.

 Required qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations, events or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or related field.
  • Good understanding of business-to-business sales/marketing processes, operations, and initiatives.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work in a fast- paced, customer-driven environment; ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with specific deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in key internal and external software applications.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
