About the job:

JMP is searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Contractor) who will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with the primary goal of increasing brand visibility and creating top-of-funnel leads.  

 

As a Sr Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Develop integrated brand campaigns that align with business objectives, tailored to audience insights from our brand survey, including creative concepting, asset development, and cross-channel execution.
  • Measure and communicate performance using brand health metrics, campaign engagement data, and qualitative insights; continuously optimizing based on findings.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver brand programs that reflect the company’s positioning and values.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Out-Market audiences who are not in the market to buy now but in the future.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel, multi-region marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and traditional advertising, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee campaign spending to report to management, as well as manage purchase of ad buys through JMP’s procurement and legal processes.
  • Independently drive brand activation strategies with minimal oversight.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital campaign management or brand marketing in the technology sector.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing global campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis and performance reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. and campaign measurement tools.
  • High level of creative judgment, with the ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
  • Ability to drive campaigns independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Experience managing budgets.
