As a Workflow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows within our organization. Your focus will be on automating processes using AWS and Azure services. You will help guide the architecture and implement complex orchestration across global cloud platforms. A strong aptitude for continuous learning and rapidly implementing modern technologies is required. Additionally, this role requires a holistic view of architecture, applied development, operations, performance, security, and costs.

You will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient workflows.
• Design and implement workflows using Azure Function Apps, Workflow Tools and Azure DevOps Services.
• Leverage GitHub Actions, ADO Pipelines, Azure Functions, and other serverless technologies for event-driven workflows.
• Develop applications in a continuous code integration, testing and monitoring environment
• Improve testing automation framework and take ownership of writing unit and functional tests for all features delivered
• Optimize cloud native developed solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows.
• Ensure security and compliance of AWS and Azure environments.
• Implement monitoring stacks for real-time insights

What we are looking for:

Required:

• Experience in one or more development languages and frameworks such asNodeJS or Python
• Experience with modern development frameworks such as ExpressJS or FastAPI
• Experience building and implementing of RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of workflow automation systems such as n8n or node-red
• Knowledge of cloud providers (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Working knowledge of message queuing technologies such as Redis, NATS, Kafka or Azure Service Bus

The nice to haves:

• Experience with API development.
• Experience with databases and/or document stores such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, CosmosDB or MongoDB
• Experience with Networking and Security troubleshooting.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with application deployment, operations, and support.
• Knowledge in software quality process/assurance including automated testing, design and code review, code profiling and continuous integration and deployment methodologies.
• Experience developing within a microservice architecture
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or other issue tracking software
• Experience with performance analysis and design.
