About the job

The Responsible Sourcing Team is looking for a Supply Chain Monitoring Program Manager to lead the design and implementation of SAS’s inaugural Supply Chain Monitoring Program!  This initiative will establish a comprehensive framework to collect key supplier data and assess supply chain risks, with a strong emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance. The program will support adherence to evolving regulatory standards, including SEC, CSRD, and CSDDD.

 

As a Program Manager, Supply Chain Monitoring, you will:

  • Maintain program documentation such as program plans, schedules and status reports; coordinate, communicate, and facilitate activities between team members and stakeholders to keep program on schedule.
  • Complete deadline-driven, team-based programs. Responsible for facilitating overall program business objectives, goals, and technical requirements. Work with team and stakeholders to define program scope and goals.
  • Participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain networks and participate in professional organizations to always be up to date on job knowledge.
  • Identify and monitor key measures related to stakeholder satisfaction and objectives attainment, working jointly with other organizations who share responsibilities for program success.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supplier Governance, Relationship and Performance Management.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience and understanding of ESG.
  • Experience managing 3rd party risks, with a particular focus on regulatory risk matters.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  • Strong accounting, math, and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related applications
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP System a plus
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable or equivalent professional training preferred
