We’re a leader in data and AI. Through our software and services, we inspire customers worldwide to transform data into intelligence and questions into answers.

We’re also a debt-free multi-billion-dollar organization on our path to IPO readiness. If you’re looking for an exciting, fulfilling career coupled with flexibility and world-class employee experience, you’ll find it here.

About the job

Ready to shape the future of data-driven marketing? The Customer Intelligence 360 (CI360) Data Engineering team is looking for a visionary Data Platform Development Manager to lead innovative software development projects that power intelligent customer experiences.

Our team builds and evolves the core data infrastructure behind CI360, enabling digital marketers to succeed through powerful, scalable solutions. Leveraging the latest AWS technologies, we’re expanding our Data Lake, optimizing data pipelines, and crafting the next generation of cloud-native capabilities.

If you're passionate about the possibilities at the intersection of data, cloud, and AI — and ready to lead the charge — we’d love to have you on board. Help us define what’s next for the CI360 Data Platform!

As a Data Platform Development Manager, you will:

  • Help plan, prioritize, and organize work so the team delivers high-quality, scalable software on time, using solid R&D practices.
  • Work closely with teammates—developers, managers, product folks—to make sure what we build meets requirements and follows best practices.
  • Lead the team by supporting collaboration, performance, feedback, and growth, working closely with HR, education teams, and company leadership.
  • Share your expertise by mentoring others, offering guidance, and stepping up as a technical leader when needed.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and customers to help shape where the product is headed.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related programming or testing experience, including one year of project lead, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related quantitative field.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  • You enjoy building high-performing, multi-tenant software that scales effortlessly.
  • You’re comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or others—especially when it comes to data processing and management.
  • You know your way around Java, Python, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience designing and building data platforms like CDPs, DMPs, Lakehouses, Data Lakes, CRMs, and Data Warehouses.
  • Familiar with data streaming tools such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
  • Experience with open table formats such as Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, or Apache Hudi for managing large-scale, versioned datasets in data lake environments.
  • Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern development tools and practices.
  • Understands REST APIs, SaaS models, and multi-tenant system architecture.
